They were efficient, professional, and courteous. Definitely would hire them again for our next move.
They showed up with their own equipment and truck. They started the clock when they arrived and stopped it when they were finished and charged us for the 3.5 hours we had them for (our 10 x 10 storage unit was moved to a 2 bedroom apartment). They wrapped up anything that needed extra protection. Everything was moved and placed where we wanted. They assembled furniture and even unloaded our cars.

Willing to work late into the night despite an I-85 inferno causing major traffic delays. Everything was moved safely and efficiently. Will gladly call them again for future moves. Gilbert and Pierre were extremely professional and fun to work with.

These guys were AWESOME!!! First, there an issue that I had personally (nothing to do with the company) and thought I would have to reschedule. Gilbert reached out to me told me they would still be available on the scheduled date and there was no need to cancel or worry. The day of the move, they (Gilbert & Harry) arrived promptly, and immediately started to work. Nothing was damaged, they assembled a few items for me and were done in record time. I had a few extra minutes of time left (I had agreed to a specific time window). Rather than simply leaving ahead of schedule, Gilbert asked if there were any other items that needed to me moved or placed. THAT is excellent customer service! They both went ABOVE & BEYOND. Truly exceeded my expectations!! Thanks AK LOGISTICS for a job well done!

Gilbert and PY did a great job on a very complex move, from one location to 3 different destinations. They are hard working, very careful to wrap well so no damage! Highly recommended this very professional group. Punctuality issues were all around the traffic in ATL.

These guys are beyond amazing! They moved me 2 weekends in a row and both times I’ve been blown away with their level of service and.l customer service. You can tell that happy clients are their priority. They even hauled away items I no longer needed and Gilbert is providing me with a quote to patch my drywall himself, from where I mounted tv’s. I will definitely use them exclusively as I await my new house being built. Do yourself a favor and book Gilbert.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves, it is always an hourly rate. For out of state moves we will come out to give an in-person estimate.
We offer military discounts, also discounts for teachers and senior citizens.
No hidden fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we are hired, you will get a call from us to discuss the details of the move. If you are satisfied with the quote, you pay a deposit to be scheduled. You will then an email detailing the discussion and an acknowledge of your deposit. IF you decide not to leave a deposit you will still receive an email detailing the discussion but you will not be scheduled until we receive a deposit. On the day before the move, you will receive a call to confirm the move and to give you a few tips for move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an athlete when i was in school and having been in the moving industry for over 10 years, i have gained excellent training and skills that i use everyday. With seasonal part-time jobs in retail, i gained a lot of knowledge in customer satisfaction, which is this company makes customer satisfaction our priority.
