Overall a very good experience. The movers called an hour before they arrived and were very professional and quick. They covered all of our furniture with padding and quickly disassembled and reassembled our beds/tables/etc. Would definitely hire again.

Overall I would say that our experience with Victory Moving was a good one but there were definitely some things they could have done differently to achieve that excellent rating that wouldn't have been that hard. PROS: They wrapped the furniture in-order to ensure maximum protection, as well as securing it to the during the move. The movers were nice and relatable and we enjoyed interacting with them throughout the day as they completed the move. They also did a good job of listening to where we wanted the furniture placed within the new home. They worked quickly and efficiently, although it was an extremely hot day. CONS: -They showed up 45 minutes late with no explanation as to why. -The "manager" of the job was actually the one I had the most issue with, albeit there really wasn't much he did wrong. They uninstalled our washer/dryer and then reinstalled them at the new place. However, when he uninstalled the washer and dryer he failed to inform me that he had gotten water all over our floor in the laundry room so that is now actually damaged. Additionally, when he reinstalled the unit at the new property, he failed to push the washer into the correct position and left it to where the door for that room was in operational. -They took a fixture off in my new home to get the couch through the room but they did not put it back on, which I feel is something that was easy that could have been avoided. -They left their trash strung around the ground of the truck they used. Overall, the experience we had with them was a positive one and I would definitely use them again. I may not jump up and down and schedule my move around theirs but I wouldn't automatically say no either. I would feel very confident referring them to a friend.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Physical Art of Moving hasn't really changed much. The moving of flat screen T.V.'s might be the biggest. We have really concentrate on the customer themselves. The new Age of online accessibility allows us to reach our customers in a different way. This also allows us to stay accountable with reviews and fast online word of mouth.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
One of the Few things I'm good At. I figure if you can make a living at something you Love and Good at .. You have a shot of Heaven on earth.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Basically we are Helpers. Most of our clients Pack themselves and move some items already( valuables and clothes). We just come and do the Labor Work (part they don't wanna do).
