The team was fantastic to work with. Although it took some extra time to assemble one of the bedframes, exceeding the allotted time for completion, they remained communicative, kind, and a delight to work with.

We received many good fixed rate quotes from highly rated service providers on Thumbtack. This company quoted $250/hr with 2 men for a simple assembly job. The estimate they gave was $500.00, which is close to what everyone else was pricing (fixed pricing). If they knew what they were doing, it wouldn't take 7 hours to complete this assembly. As a business, we clearly specify the detailed scope of services that we need quoted. To make a long story short, they decided they only wanted to do a third of the job. What I should have paid most attention to is that they came up with all sorts of excuses when I asked if we could pay on Thumbtack but they came up with all sorts of reasons why we could not. If you do business with them, MAKE SURE they quote a FIXED PRICE, or you will be paying a hefty price, for their lack of experience. Last but not least, 2 of the temps they hired, arrived late, reeking of cannibus, and this is unacceptable. The GC asked them to leave, and they started accusing him of being racist and started video recording everything. What an embarrassment, and they didn't hold themselves accountable for any wrong doing. If they just held themselves accountable, I wouldn't be writing this review.

We have a flat rate fee for our heavy furniture & local moving services. Most of our services require a 2 hour minimum which includes the labor of 2 laborers.
