- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Until the end of December, our venue is available at no cost, with only a nominal cleaning fee. Additionally, when you choose to host your event at HOAB House, you'll enjoy a discounted rate on our event planning services. It's our way of making your special moments even more affordable and memorable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book your cake with Kaik Kastle, not only will you get a gorgeous cake, youll also get a personalized experience and a one on one design consultation. Our goal is to create a unique, one of a kind cake that represents your personal tastes and style. We work with both buttercream and fondant, make unbelievable sugar flowers and also have a florist who can add fresh flowers.

I hold a Master's in Business Administration, which equips me with a strong foundation in financials and strategic planning. Additionally, I have obtained certifications in event planning and project management, enhancing my expertise in the field. This combination of educational and professional qualifications allows me to bring a well-rounded and strategic approach to every event I plan and execute, especially in managing finances effectively.
