Kristen and her team did a phenomenal job with my wife's surprise birthday party. The quality of service was above reproach. Also, the food, decor and the drinks were awesome. I will be calling on them again.

Christy was hired to decorate my hotel room for my birthday party of 8 guests. She was great at responding to messages and negotiating prices. She even accommodated my last minute location change which was about 3 minutes from the original location. Although she did communicate that she would be arriving late, she got there an hour before the party started and was still decorating when guests arrived. I sent pictures of what I wanted and balloons were a key piece to my decor. We agreed upon 50 balloons but I only received 26 due to her helium machine running out. Since the party had started and guest were there I didn’t make a fuss but I feel her job was rushed and although the room looked nice enough, I did not receive the outcome I was expecting.

Jhasmine, I am sorry that you did not receive the outcome you were “expecting”. I went above, beyond, and over budget to be sure I was able to accommodate your event. I even attempted to assist you in finding a last minute venue when yours fell through, which was not part of our agreement. I hate that your expectations were not met, and led you to leave a 3 star review and left you unsatisfied. Wishing that you would have mentioned it it to me at that moment. So that it could have been resolved. Nevertheless, we’re glad you enjoyed your day. Thanks for working with us!

They brought the idea to life and that’s exactly what I wanted for my friends wedding shower! She said she was a huge Beyonce fan as well so the detail was perfect. You guys did a great job. Thank you.
