Chef Jay was so attentive. I wanted to throw my sister a fancy plated 40th birthday dinner for 16 within a week's notice and she more than delivered! I had dietary and allergy restrictions and she was very accommodating. She sent idea after idea until we finalized a custom menu. Anything I needed she obliged. I couldn't be more content and happy with the outcome. We had her potato leak soup and it was so good I wanted to bathe in it. Everyone was so happy and content with every dish and every appetizer. I will definitely be using her again and again and would recommend her to everyone. Thank you so very much. I couldn't be more grateful and pleased.

OMG, Chef Jay's cooking skills are undeniable!! From the moment she appeared for our tasting we were pleased and knew she would be the caterer for our wedding. She was helpful in creating a menu to fit out theme and EVERY guest spoke highly of her food and the service she provided. I will be requesting Chef Jay for all my future catering needs! She is EXTREMELY talented!

We will be dreaming of the fried snapper and crawfish sauce. Oh my god! AMAZING! The beautiful thing about chef Jay is that you can tell she has an extreme amount of technique and unlike most chefs who have that level of skill, she makes everything burst with flavor! Her server Tim was also a hit! Her wine pairings were perfect, her effort was amazing, and nothing missed a beat! That cheesecake was also FIRE! She is also just so kind and you can taste all of her sweetness and love in every bite! Very happy!

Excellent communication and pricing. Overall excellent service. Even though there was mishap during the cocktail hour we still enjoyed everything and the food was still very delicious. Accidents do happen and it’s understandable. Chef Jay accommodated us at the end for the mishap. Chef even stayed and served the food. Everyone said nothing but great things and I don’t think they realized the cocktail hour was late getting started. I’ve given her number to several people already. And did I say the food was sooo good. The leftovers did not go to a waste lolololol. Sorry I only got 1 picture of the food setup. It was beautiful. So don’t question booking this chef, you won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Embry Hospitality and Chef Jay! She prepared a 4 course meal for two to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was truly a 5 STAR meal. Every item from our Salmon Tartare appetizer to our Triple Chocolate Cheesecake was prepared to perfection. She is very creative; her presentation was impeccable and she is so talented at layering of flavors with great depth.
