Also value and punctuality!!! Chef Brandon did that!!!. I was comfortable with him and he was comfortable in the kitchen. I don't know how but Brandon made magic in about 1.5 hours. He was clean and professional. I will DEFINITELY book him again for future events. Thank you for making our meal special and wonderful. Everything was great!!!

I sought out a chef in Q4 of 2022 to host my book club in February 2023 and found Chef Brandon. His prior 5 star reviews caught my attention and I reached out. Fortunately for my book club ladies he was available on the date I needed to host so I secured his services.
From the beginning, his professionalism spoke volumes. He listed to what I wanted to serve and the luncheon was FABULOUS! He was prompt, arriving exactly on time and true to his word my ladies and I were all sipping and nibbling on the appetizers (discussing the book) as he crafted lunch (red snapper, veggies, pasta and more). The food was of the highest quality and packed with flavor. I highly recommend his services.
Oh I would be remiss to not add that “he also left the kitchen spotless!” Thank you Chef Brandon!

Wow! Wow! Wow! If I could hide him away just for me forever I would! The entire experience was beyond what I expected… he really felt like family and blended well with everyone. Having gone to culinary college myself and hiring chefs around the world .. this has by far been my best overall experience. I consider myself the ultimate foodie and I appreciated the simplicity of the ingredients and freshness of the entire meal. The smokiness of the meet.. the crunch of the fresh veggies.. the potatoes omg.. nothing was heard but ooo’s and ahhhs at the Dinner table. I’m really now planning my next event just so that he can come back to cook. He’s my new forever chef! Thank you for filling my family! We all agreed that we enjoyed you and your food equally!
