Rae provided a wonderful catering experience from start to finish. We booked her a month out from our party, and she was extremely professional, warm, and patient throughout the entire process - even as we were being very particular about what we wanted. She communicated well, helped make the planning easy, and delivered exactly what we hoped for. The food was great, and the set-up and breakdown were handled efficiently, which took a lot of stress off of me. I truly appreciated this company’s reliability and attention to detail and would absolutely use their services again! I’ve already recommended Rae to my friends!

Rae & her team did an amazing job!! We reached out to her team ONE WEEK before the event to secure small bites for 40 people and she along with her team, over delivered!! Our guests were truly satisfied! They loved the food! The team was extremely professional and punctual! Absolute 10/10 experience with Rae's Food Diaries. My family is Guyanese and Jamaican and the food was for a Mother's Day Brunch I hosted at my house and the food was definitely the star of the show. Rae helped me craft the perfect menu for the occasion and I have never had so many people rave about the vegetables and salad lol. Everyting was bussin! I loved the jerk chicken and rice and peas. Didnt get to try everything because the food was gone so fast :). Rae is pleasant to work with and flexible when necessary without sacrificing quality. Top tier experience through and through. Rae’s made our Mother’s/Birthday Day dinner exceptionally delicious. The made from scratch Alfredo sauce for the Shrimp Alfredo was wonderful. The lemon pepper wings were very good and of a nice size. The green beans were fresh and tasty. Salmon cooked to perfection. We enjoyed our experience and definitely will be using her again.

Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
