Absolutely wonderful experience. All the food was loved by all the guests. Not one thing that could be improved. Will be using Rae permanently! Food was received on time, all information was provided, she was responsive, as well as flexible. What I really liked is she had suggestions that worked, other caterers wanted me to tell them everything. I needed someone who knew what they were doing and could suggest and entire menu. Rae made everything very easy for me Andy guests raved about the food. Book her, you will not be disappointed!

The food was amazing! Each dish was absolutely delicious. Booked Rae to cater for a birthday party for 25 people. Rae responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a well thought out menu and helped me craft the menu further to suit my guests. Flexible with my last minute request to include an additional dish. Guests loved the food! Would not hesitate to recommend for great tasting Jamaican cuisine!!

Truly appreciated the excellent communication. Food was great and everyone commented on how good the food is and asked who catered our food! I wanted to support a small local business especially run by a woman, and I’m so glad I did. Our party was smaller so I was okay with the team prioritizing the big events they has the same weekend. I wish they were a little bit more punctual in terms of setup and clean up. Set up was supposed to be 6pm the day prior to the party, but due to other event delays and traffic, they came at 11pm (which I was fine with because I was awake anyway). Clean up was supposed to be 6-7pm right after the event but they came the next day, again due to other event delays. But!! Most importantly though, the food arrived on time so I had no issues with different set up/clean up times!! The team is very respectful, professional and pleasant. I am definitely going to use Rae’s int food diaries again!! 100%!

First, get the baked Ziti, meatballs and especially veggie spring rolls. You won’t be sorry. Second you won’t be sorry with anything you get. Those were just my top three favorites out of what we got. I can’t say enough good things about working with Rae. A true professional in every since of the word. She really knows what she’s doing, and isn’t afraid to tell you if you are trying to order too much food for the amount of people you are having. I was trying to over order and she told me to chill. I’m glad she did because even after she had me edit we had left overs. — she’s so much fun to work with too!! Now the food. Oh. My the food. I got so many compliments on the food. Everyone loved it!! It was all so delicious, served hot, and everything was fresh. I’d plan another party tomorrow just to have her caterer it! — (she does meal prep!!) Trust me on the spring rolls. I’ll dream about them for months to come!!

I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
