Rae is truly a professional and kind-hearted person! From the first time that I spoke with her, I knew that she could get the job done! She catered the food for my daughter's graduation party...it was delicious! All of the guests enjoyed the food, especially the honey glazed salmon! Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries catered my best friend’s 49th birthday party, and everything was beyond our expectations! Rae was punctual, responsive, and incredibly professional from our very first interaction through the end of the event. The food? Absolutely phenomenal! Guests are still talking about it. Even those who don’t usually like mushrooms were blown away by the jerked eggplant and the vegan rasta pasta—flavor-packed and perfectly prepared. And let’s not forget the rum cake—moist, rich, and truly the icing on top of a fabulous menu. We had more than enough food, which made for very happy guests and even happier leftovers. The presentation and décor were equally impressive—elegant, vibrant, and clearly curated with love and attention to detail. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of Rae’s service. Rae was amazing! First caterer I called and she was able to help me get everything I needed for our Happy Hour and keep it within my budget! She was on time and set up everything herself. Everyone loved the spread and enjoyed the food! The homemade lemonade and rum cake she included for Free were also a Huge Hit! We will definitely be using Rae’s Catering again!

I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
