N.O.W. was perfect for me. Nicole came into my space and organized my office perfectly. I have a great reset and my energy is full of optimism now that it is rearranged for success. Honestly, she de-cluttered my environment and easily explained her vision. I'm always busy during most work days and I didn't have the motivation fix this problem. But, with her wisdom, I got more than expected. She even shopped for essentials that I can incorporate into my daily endeavors going forward. She is A-1 in my book. Thank you N.O.W.

Organize and declutter your home with Nichole…NOW! Nichole gets it. She analyzed my spaces organized them, declutters them, and added functionality with aesthetics, and she makes it looks so easy.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Due to the intricacies involved in bringing client’s visions to life, standard pricing is impossible w/ N.O.W. Rates usually range from $65- $70 per hour with a minimum of four (4) hours. Additional fee of $50 will be applied to price for clients located 25 miles outside of 30344 and 11771. Functionality, order and beauty is determined based on the visions of each client and the efforts, materials and resources required to bring those visions to life range. No budget is too small to bring function to a space and your vision to life.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Step 1: Respond to potential client on Thumbtack and Via SMS on contact number provided on Thumbtack App and wait for client response. Step 2: Verbal contact made to discuss in detail: project, location, scheduling, estimated pricing. (Job description is changed to "Job Confirmed" on Thumbtack App. Step 3: Client sends photos of project in its current state. (If applicable) Step 4: DAY OF SERVICE, client provides any specific preferences for project and service begins.(If project is estimated to take more than 1 day for completion, once project is 50% complete, 50% of project total is due) Step 5: Upon project completion; payment is made in full, Job Description is changed to "Job Done" on Thumbtack App and client is requested to write a review for services provided.
