I start with a full consultation and movement assessment to understand your goals, limitations, and lifestyle. From there, I design a personalized program with clear milestones. We track progress weekly, adjust as needed, and build in accountability so you stay consistent and motivated.

I bring over 21 years of athletic experience and professional fitness coaching. My background spans strength training, recovery work, nutrition, and mindset coaching. This combination allows me to create programs that develop both physical performance and sustainable lifestyle change.
