I’ve worked with many trainers in the past, but since I’ve moved around a bit it’s been hard to find one that works for me and my schedule....well until now! Not only is Crosby super professional and knowledgeable, he truly motivates and pushes me. Every session has been amazing and I’m so excited to watch my body transform with his guidance! As an older man who hasn't had a regular workout routine in quite a while, Crosby patiently "retaught" me out of a lot of bad habits that I had developed from working out in the past. He pushes hard, but maintains a positive attitude while doing so. I've been working with Crosby for almost 6 weeks, and I can feel the results starting to come. It's hard, but worth every penny!

He gave precise directions and it was quite fun! Continued to fix my form and motivate throughout the session. Motivational and determined for me to get on track with my health and eating.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I start with a physical assessment and knowledge. $75 zelle or (cash app + tax) 60 min workout Musclevascular endurance test Overhead squat assessment Bfat & BMI composition test Nutritional guidance if needed Then we pick a package for training. I have group and 1on1 Depends on your ability and your available time. Lets schedule a time am or pm which works best for you?

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    my degree and collegiate sports with 23 knee surgeries, a shoulder surgery, and rib surgery. left playing professional ball and track to continue helping train and mentor kids. was offered a job @ la fitness and decided to branch away for myself. before I start my PhD in Physical Therapy.

    -What are your goals? build muscle, tone up, get more energy? -What’s your motivation to reach these goals (WHY)? -Do you have an upcoming event or health concerns/injuries? PLEASE BE VERY TRANSPARENT. -Do you have a game plan to reach these goals or would you prefer having someone to help you and customize? -Which would you benefit from the most?
