I start with a physical assessment and knowledge. $75 zelle or (cash app + tax) 60 min workout Musclevascular endurance test Overhead squat assessment Bfat & BMI composition test Nutritional guidance if needed Then we pick a package for training. my degree and collegiate sports with 23 knee surgeries, a shoulder surgery, and rib surgery. left playing professional ball and track to continue helping train and mentor kids. was offered a job @ la fitness and decided to branch away for myself. before I start my PhD in Physical Therapy.
