Introduction: Coach Shavney and myself built this amazing homegym in Sandy Springs/ Dunwoody in 2021, and we have 4+ rooms and over 800 square feet of space and awesome equipment! It is always clean, organized, and well kept. We have a lot of outdoor space as well, and are very compliant with covid protocols.
I have been training since 2008 and have helped hundreds of satisfied clients get the bodies of their dreams while avoiding/healing from injuries!
Coach Shay has been in the business since 2016 and has her own unique talent and also specializes in barre class.
We serve a broad spectrum of age, background, experience, goals, and limitations. We make quite the team, and we compliment each other’s unique talents and skills.
