- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing here is very flexible. We offer all forms of payments and whether you want to pay on the spot or biweekly or even monthly we can do and accept all! We strive for fitness and wellness as well as a universal meaning that everyone everything and everywhere should be supported no matter what their financial state might be. Health shouldn’t come with a price tag, you being here joining ENB is priceless. So to say nonetheless we give great prices and recommendations/discounts on all of our products and services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simply getting to know YOU! We here at ENB Inc. believe that We put the “U” in Encourage and that’s why we strive everyday to make our first impressions personal and more relative to the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is my bachelors degree in Business Management as well as my work experience since 14years old from customer service to management to youth coach to teacher now to business owner and a few other links in between. I also have certifications in CPR/AED/ACE/CBT/DOE/YDT
