- Pushes you to get 100% out of the session - Has great knowledge and is always planned for every workout - Has good nutrition/diet tips - Improved my strength, posture and physic - Is able to train with limited resources (apartment gym) - I train 30min a day 5 days a week with Kevin

I trained with Kevin (Kirill) for more than four years and without question, New York City's loss is Atlanta's gain! He watches every rep for form. He is always on time. He pushes you further than you realize you are capable of. If I had an injury or a movement was uncomfortable, Kevin knows exactly how to check for injury and modify an exercise. He is the only trainer to figure out that the most effective workout methodology for me was power lifting. I had more definition and strength from our weekly one hour workouts than from hours with other trainers or classes combined. I have worked with trainers for over 15 years and have yet to work with one who comes remotely close to his skill, client focus, knowledge and reliability. Kevin is exceptional.

Kevin was an excellent trainer in every respect: knowledgable, responsible, professional, tough when appropriate, and personable. I learned a lot about proper weightlifting form, about varying techniques, about diet and nutrition, about pushing my limits - but mostly, about enjoying the whole process. I found Kevin to be physically tough and intellectually keen, and I strongly recommend his services.

Kevin is by far the best trainer with whom I've ever worked. While he is patient and attentive, he also has an ability to encourage you to do your best without making you feel like you are inadequate in any way. Whether you are completely new to the fitness world or you are looking for a way to mix up your routine, Kevin will be there to help you reach your fitness goals with an encouraging smile on his face.

Kevin kicked my BUTT! And it worked! Being Miss Teen USA, there's a lot of pressure to look the part. Kevin helped me keep my curves & gain muscle definition at the same time. Thanks Kevin - even for the frogs!
