- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic plan- 4 sessions per month (1 session a week) Monthly charge: $200 Regular plan- 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week) Monthly charge: $350 Standard plan- 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week) Monthly charge: $500 3-month plan- 50-70+ sessions (4-6 sessions per week) 3-month charge: $2400 6-month plan- 100-140+ sessions (4-6 sessions per week) 6-month charge: $4600 *These are monthly recurring payments until we discuss a change of plans*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customer is as follows: 1. Initial consultation- discuss your fitness goals, health history, etc. 2. Physical assessment to establish your baseline and find areas to focus on 3. I create a personalized training program for you (diet as well if they are interested) 4. After, we will go through the program incase of any questions or concerns 5. We will start meeting regularly and I will provide you with discipline, adjustments if needed, and ensure you have proper form. 6. Outside of our sessions I will be free 24/7 for you to text me incase of any questions or concerns you have 7. We will do weekly physique check-ins through email and I will give you feedback along with, adjusting your diet and program as I see fit.
