- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe that knowledge is EVERYTING! Everyday I make a point to research and learn something new, not only in the health and fitness world, but also in other areas to expand my horizon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's something that I've always had a passion for. After college, I worked as a Software Consultant (I majored in Information Technology) for a year, then realized I was much happier helping people lead healthier lifestyles!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be ready. Don't half-way commit and waste your time or mine. With the right commitment, I can guarantee you positive results.
