I have been having Samira dog sit my puppy, Naomi, since January and she has done such a phenomenal job! I am new to dogs, and I reached out to Samira last minute for her assistance in dog sitting for me. I have since been consistently going to Samira every week, and she has been provided so much knowledge and advice on how to care for my puppy. Samira is patient, professional, knowledgeable, and impressionable. I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter. She is attentive, and is open in her schedule. If I’m not able to pick up my puppy on time, due to my work schedule, she has watched her overtime with no issues and even had my puppy stay with her overnight to allow me to rest. For the month of April I am doing a 10-15% off discount for all new clients when you book with me for more than 2 days. I also do charge a $10 late fee for all dog daycare and overnight stay Late pick-ups
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a meet and great before any service is booked to make sure the dog (s) and I mesh well

I have 3 months of professional experience with my company and I also have owned all types of animals over the years.
