- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients spend on average from $100 to $1,500 on my photography services. My hourly rate is $100 and I will discount when I'm booked for 3+ hours ( I do special hourly rates for full wedding days). When booking me I request a 50% deposit to lock my client's slot on my calendar. Book at least 3 weeks in advance I offer I discount final rate up to 30%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a pretty standardized process in which I schedule a face-to-face or phone call consultation session to hear out and understand my client's needs, come up with a proposal of which package my client should book and set up time and location according to availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building my photography portfolio since 2014 throughout my journey I have earned Adobe photoshop and Lightroom certificates. I do not mean to sound arrogant but my work will speak for itself.
