We offer free estimates for every job. Our pricing is straightforward — no hidden fees. We price based on the size of the area, surface type, and level of cleaning needed. We offer discounts for bundled services (e.g., pressure washing + roof cleaning together) and for repeat customers. We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll have a quick conversation about what you need — whether it's a driveway wash, roof cleaning, or something else. Then we schedule a free on-site estimate where we assess the surfaces, measure the area, and recommend the best approach. Once you approve, we schedule the job at a time that works for you. After the work is done, we do a walkthrough together to make sure you're 100% satisfied before we wrap up.
