Ms. Tracey is amazing! She is teaching my very fearful almost 3 year old how to swim. We just had our first lesson and he took to her immediately. She is patient and kind and fun! I can’t wait to see him continue to improve! Thank you so much already!

Coach Tracey is literally a "life Saver" in 3 short sessions my (3) 7 year old grandchildren went from anxiety in the pool to cannon balling in 4 feet water.. she was patient and attentive to each childs' swimming needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects over 15 years of swim instruction experience and personalized lessons for each swimmer. I offer discounted lesson packages, and travel may affect pricing depending on the location. Some community pools or partner facilities may have special resident rates. Packages must be completed within the designated timeframe.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with building trust and helping the swimmer feel comfortable in the water. Once confidence is established, we focus on water safety and eliminating fear through guided practice. From there, lessons progress to body position, breathing techniques, and stroke development, helping swimmers build endurance and confidence at their own pace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience teaching swim lessons and water safety. My training includes instruction and aquatic safety programs through organizations such as the American Red Cross and YMCA. This background allows me to provide safe, structured lessons that help swimmers build confidence and strong swimming fundamentals.
