We have services and are a licensed broker in several states, so if you have properties that need to be managed in different states, we are the company for you. We offer tenant finding services together with our spectacular property management services or tenant finding services individually. Our entire staff has completed various property management training seminars, briefings and workshops to stay up to date with the latest law changes, technology and methods.

I truly enjoyed working with the personnel and the organization as a whole. They have my highest recommendation! The personnel took excellent care of my rental property and were very professional. I value the professionalism and hard ethic they exhibit in every aspect. It was a wonderful experience for me as a property owner. Nina Martin was outstanding and incredibly helpful in addressing all of my queries and worries. Before I could finish the remodel, the property had a renter after being listed on the website. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go and see each property in person and talk with my owners in regards to the property and their expectations…we set goals and I get to work. I am result driven.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering so rehab and repairs are my first love. I was into project management that developed into property management. I am a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Florida, Georgia and soon to be Texas.
