It is percentage based and competitive. Providing superior work at fair prices to add to your bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go and see each property in person and talk with my owners in regards to the property and their expectations…we set goals and I get to work. I am result driven.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering so rehab and repairs are my first love. I was into project management that developed into property management. I am a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Florida, Georgia and soon to be Texas.
