Introduction
Born and raised in Marietta, GA, I was brought up in my parents' real estate investing & management business. I worked on-site (maintenance) and with the back office operations (accounting & renter communications) of this business until I was 18. I am a University of Georgia graduate with a background in Marketing and Music Business. The majority of my corporate professional work experience comes from Switzerland, where I lived for 5 years after graduation. From there I moved back to the US at the end of 2019. In 2020 I partnered with my brother to manage 3 of our new vacation rental properties (two in North Georgia and one in Florida). I do this work in tandem with a local vodka sales job I have on the side (was formerly working in finance for 3 years when I moved back to Atlanta).
I am looking to increase my experience and earnings by helping others manage their rental properties, and hopefully have the chance to pass on some of my expertise to the home owners I will be supporting. I've had great success with the rentals I manage thus far and genuinely love this area of work.

If Thumbtack allowed me to select every positive phrase as to why I liked working with Emmy, I would! She created a new standard for me when reflecting on an Air BNB experience. While her rental property was perfection, it was the experience with her that made our trip a 10/10. Rest be assured that you will be in for an experience that will far exceed any expectations you have if you’re lucky enough to book one of her beautiful homes. My only complaint is that she set the bar too high for others in her field! ;)

Emmy amazing!! Her properties are clean, homey, welcoming and have everything that you could need in the kitchen! I would recommend Emmy’s properties to anyone and everyone! She is detail oriented, responsive and a very hard worker. We love emmy!!

This was one of my favorite trips! The place was absolutely perfect - it was the perfect location being that everything was right outside the condo (shops, beach access, pool). I loved how much charm the condo had. It felt very clean, up to date and beachy! Emmy was the most perfect host and super attentive and provided great recommendations. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We will without a doubt be spending our annual beach trip there again.
