Leo Prime Properties took over my apartment complex in June of this year and has done a great job. They always respond in a timely manner and they price and work quality is better than anyone we have used and we have bought over 15 homes in Atlanta GA and this complex. He has been very helpful in getting rid of our problem tenants and getting us better quality tenants and cleaning up our issues with the property.

About 2 years ago we have reached out to LEO Prime Properties with a complex situation – our former propertymanager had disappeared and left our assets unattended for a while. Some of them were damaged severely, one was about to be foreclosed. None were leased. Debts (HOA, utilities, tax) were out of control. Since we are not local, physically far from the assets, we did not know what to do.
LEO Prime Properties helped us rehab one of the assets and rent it to a good tenant. They negotiated with the HOA, brought past due balances current, and helped us sell the other 3 properties, while minimizing our losses as posdible.
They were very professional and provided great service. All for a very reasonable fee.
We want to sincerely thank the entire staff, and strongly recommend this PropertyManagement Company to anyone looking.

had bad tenants that wouldn't pay. LEO evicted them quickly, got my house rent ready quickly and found qualified tenant at a much higher rate in less than 2 week. Also Leo Prime has been very diligent and prompt.

I've had the pleasure for working with the team at LEO Prime Properties. From start the team were very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. I look forward to the opportunity to work with LEO Prime Properties Team again and to close more deals. The team proved with their thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, the staff would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. They also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

LEO Prime Properties has been great to work with. After years of trying to manage my own portfolio, with evictions and big headache , I finally found my peace. We are very satisfied with their knowledge of how to manageproperties and tenants, with their software system that allows us to monitor everything online at real time any time we like. Since I gave them all of our rentals to manage, we never had any issues with tenants again, their screening process is very good and protect us from future issues. The owner was always very responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything or a professional advice. Kira

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You shouldn’t be a mathematician to understand a pricing plan. We created a simple, easy to understand 4 fees only pricing plan. No hidden or made up fees. Just a simple plan anyone can follow. Check out our website for more info.

Starting the process is simple an easy:
1. Chat with one of our experienced Property Managers.
2. Electronically receive and sign your Management Agreement.
3. Receive rent via direct deposit, on time, every month.
4. Easily track your property by logging into our portal, anytime, anywhere.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
In addition, as licensed Real Estate agents, we are required (and enjoy) to take periodic courses and tests to make sure we're in compliance and up to date with the new regulations.
