Courtni helped with a home renovation before a sale, as well as renting out a room and managing that property. She and her team were flexible with our needs, were very responsive, and did a solid job.
Details: Home(s) • Multiple properties need to be managed • $2,500 - $5,000 • On-site management • Occupied • More than 1 year

I’m so thankful to Courtni and her team at New Haven PropertyManagement, I accepted a job over seas and didn’t have time to get my house situated before I left. Her team came and handled everything from cleaning, staging the house with decor I already had and placing the unused items in storage. They’re currently managing my property, I’ve been working over seas for 6 months and couldn’t be happier with my results. Thanks again New Haven PropertyManagement.

Be careful it’s a scam I am currently using Rachel. She uses your property to rent rooms to people and then keeps the rent and doesn’t pay you. She puts on a good business face but is a con artist. I have to now get tenants out the property that she is collecting the money for. If you see her on Craigslist it’s a scam.
Details: Homes • One property needs to be managed • Less than $1,000 • Partially occupied

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are subject to change based on availability
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a consultation will take place either on site or remotely whichever works best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training I have received has been from working in the field. I would say by being obsessively organized is the key to any project.
