We had a wonderful experience working with this propertymanagement company. They were consistently responsive, fair, and incredibly easy to work with throughout our time in the rental. PMI has been outstanding during what was honestly a very stressful eviction process.For context, they are the third propertymanagement company I have worked with and the difference has been night and day.One of the prior companies was DK Rentals. In my experience, they charged $89 per month but outsourced most management responsibilities. More concerning, I was not informed that my tenant had not paid rent until over a month later. By the time I was told, the situation had escalated unnecessarily. The eviction notice process was then handled incorrectly, creating further delays, and landlord funds were withheld to cover tenant late fees. It was frustrating, avoidable, and costly.The other company I worked with was largely unresponsive and when contractor work was needed, the only referrals provided came in at pricing significantly above other market quotes I obtained independently. It felt reactive instead of proactive.Working with PMI has been a completely different experience.Bill Ireland handled the eviction process with professionalism, clarity, and calm authority from start to finish. Evictions are complex and time sensitive, but Bill stayed ahead of every step. Communication was consistent, expectations were clear, and I always knew exactly where things stood.Jamie has also been exceptional. As a fellow Brit, I appreciated the straight talking, no nonsense approach, but more importantly the work ethic. He went above and beyond coordinating logistics, retrieving keys, being on site when needed, and making sure everything was executed properly. It felt like having someone genuinely invested in getting it done right.After two very disappointing experiences, PMI restored my confidence in what professional propertymanagement should actually look like.Highly recommend if you want accountability, communication, and results.

After starting my career in public accounting with KPMG, over the last 20 years I have worked for global, national, and local real estate firms here in Atlanta, including CBRE, HFF/JLL, Voya Investment Management, KBS Realty Advisors, and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. I have broad experience in accounting, finance, asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, and business development. PMI Perimeter has been open since 2020 and we offer residential and commercial property management, sales, and listing/buyer agent services.
