We don't have any hidden fees, or Start Up fees, and we simplify our pricing model to be as clear and upfront as possible. Our national platform enables us to offer the best resources for Owners and Tenants alike.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we want to get to know you, the customer. We also want to have a complete understanding of your goals, concerns, and hot button issues. Let us put you at ease with our full-service platform and dedicated staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 27 years of professional experience overall. After starting my career in public accounting with KPMG, over the last 20 years I have worked for global, national, and local real estate firms here in Atlanta, including CBRE, HFF/JLL, Voya Investment Management, KBS Realty Advisors, and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. I have broad experience in accounting, finance, asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, and business development. PMI Perimeter has been open since 2020 and we offer residential and commercial property management, sales, and listing/buyer agent services.
