3x revenue and 7x profit! Enough said. Proper Management is amazing. I was renting long term and switched to short term. Immediately started getting bookings and while some of my costs went up for cleaning, management and supplies, my revenue went up way more. If you're looking to have someone manage an Airbnb, then I must recommend Proper Management. They took are of everything for my home from set up to posting and managing guests. I didnt think it would be this easy. Each month they sent me a report and transfer my money. It's honestly the best decision I made because the house is booked much more than when I was doing it alone. Their listings show up at the top the search results. Thanks PM!

So glad I found Mike. He’s made it really easy to operate my Airbnb remotely since I’m an out of state investor. He and his team are great communicators and don’t miss the details.
