- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each property is different and each scope of work varies. A brief, free consult can help determine the appropriate pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we strive to contact potential customers immediately. Once we connect, we like to learn about your needs including your goals for the property, pain points you're experiencing and any insight into the property. We'll explain our services and align with new customers on expectations. If all goes well we'll set an appointment to meet and view the property. Once under contract, we'll conduct an orientation and set up preferred communication and reporting schedules. We will also periodic check-ins to ensure top notch service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner, I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor. I hold a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License and completed rigorous training with Property Management Inc., a leader in residential property management. All employees are licensed Community Association Managers or Real Estate Salespersons.
