I am glad I contacted Kim as my property manager. This is my first time using a property manager and I am happy with the service. The company offers multiple services and they are flexible. I found the tenant and Kim provided all the real info I needed to know about the tenant. The background check and the lease write up took 5 days.I will work with this company again.
