I needed a property manager who would be available to both me the property owner as well as the tenant to address a variety of needs as they arise in a timely manner. Silas Frazier Realty, offers professionalism and service of the highest quality while being very affordable. The team is professional, personable and readily available to address all your needs. They use experienced maintenance professionals and service providers so you can always be assured of quality workmanship to keep your property in top condition. Prior to hiring Silas Frazier Realty, I had the misfortune of hiring a property management company that tuned out to be a nightmare. The realtor said all the right things to get me to hire them. They made false promises and proved to be irresponsible, unprofessional and above all untrustworthy. Having had the experience of dealing with an unscrupulous and dishonest agent it was important that I find someone whom I could trust. I searched diligently before finally choosing Silas Frazier Realty. I can honestly say I was not disappointed when I chose Silas Frazier Realty. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Silas Frasier Realty (SFR) has managed my property since 2008. As an out-of-state owner, I have come to rely on them to keep my tenants happy and care for my investment. The SFR team is professional, responsive and provide a high level of customer service. I am also impressed with the network of professionals they work with to provide support, such as plummers, repair workman and etc. The entire staff is respectful and they communicate frequently about the status of my property. SFR is worth every bit of their management fee. Thank you SFR!

Silas Frazier Realty has managed my rental properties for almost 4 years. As an owner living in California I rely on Silas and his team of professionals to manage every aspect of my properties. Silas has assisted in everything from the purchase, rehab and lease up of multiple properties. I can tell you that, if you are in the property market in the Atlanta area and you are not using Silas Frazier Realty's services, you at doing yourself a disservice. As a property owner living overseas, Silas has professionally and expediently handled every aspect of managing and selling my property. Silas Frazier realty finding, purchasing and installing new appliances in the home; finding a renter and overseeing all repairs and maintenance.
