I met with Champ and explained to him that I wanted to sell my property. We discussed strategy and he recommended a few things that would greatly increase the value. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on market trends. I would recommend Champ to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a property.

It was a true pleasure working with Champ, especially as someone totally new to the Atlanta market and under a limited timeline to close on a house.
