    1. Interview agents: As you would shop around for many services and products, don't just accept the first agent that comes along. 2. Don't be blinded by the recognizable name of the firm. The name of the firm doesn't help, yet the agent is the key. All realty companies are on the same level as they all use the same listing services with no advantage to the bigger or smaller firm. 3. Trust your agent, if you don't "fire them".
