- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical Costs for: Property Management is 8-10% of the monthly rent; Seller Representation is 6% of the listing/purchase price paid at the closing; and Buyer Representation is 3% (paid by the seller at the closing). Retainer fees may be required for Landlord/Tenant representation on a case-by-case basis.
