I had a great experience with Terin Branhan, along the way she had helpful insight that was great for a first time home buyer. Terin was readily available to answer my calls no matter what time of day it was. Terin went above and beyond my expectations to find the right house for me regardless of how many houses I wanted to see or how long it took. Once I found the right home, Terin stayed on top of the whole process, making sure that all things completed and connected on time for the scheduled closing. Typical Costs for: Property Management is 8-10% of the monthly rent; Seller Representation is 6% of the listing/purchase price paid at the closing; and Buyer Representation is 3% (paid by the seller at the closing). Retainer fees may be required for Landlord/Tenant representation on a case-by-case basis.
