I was supposed to have an inspection at 1:00 p.m. I called them at 1:15 p.m. to confirm that someone was still coming out because I hadn’t heard from them. At 1:30 p.m., I received a call saying the inspector ran into an issue and couldn’t make it. Had I not called, were they just going to be a no-show? A roof replacement is a big deal, and their lack of communication for something as simple as an inspection is a red flag. I’ll be looking into other companies.

Great company, excellent work. The Rep kept me informed during the entire process. They started on time and finish ahead of schedule. Sent pictures to my email showing different phases of the installation. They cleaned up all the old shingles and material from around the house, you wouldn't even know they had been there. Once again great job, price, and service.
