- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strongly believe in the saying "You get what you paid for" and a lot of my customers fall in to this trap by going with a cheaper quote. i had couple of customers come back to me and fix the work of cheaper quotes. I take pride in my work and treat every home like my own. All of our quotes include Basic Premium Sherwin Williams Paint. We are very competitive with our pricing and over exceed on quality. On most cases we will either match or beat our competitors price to win your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and discuss customers needs, wants and goals of achieving certain projects with in specific time frame that work for the customer and we rarely go over that time frame. We take before and after pictures with customers consent to showcase our work. We write up a contract on big jobs that includes whats expected from customer ( certain fixtures and design selection) and whats expected from us ( labor and building material cost)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by remodeling and updating my own home close to 15 years ago. I received a lot of positive feedback from my neighbors, friends and family, that resulted of me doing several projects for them. Business just took off from there.
