Im a tailor, and I took my cashmere coats to this place, trusting they would be handled with care. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I picked them up, the sleeves were up to my elbows and the fabric was completely damaged, the coats had shrunk because they were put in the washing machine.The person in charge admitted they didnt read the care instructions, even though the garments were 100% cashmere. To make matters worse, their response was that my fabrics were old, which supposedly caused the shrinkage , but thats not true. My garments were in perfect condition before the service; they werent wet or damaged in any way.Whats most frustrating is that they havent taken responsibility for the damage or shown any interest in offering a solution or even speaking with me about it.My coats are now completely ruined. I do not recommend this place for delicate or valuable garments.

We are sorry for your experience. Our business is transparent and professional. Unfortunately, you chose to disregard, disrespect, insult, abuse, intimidate our employees and reputation. We refunded your dry cleaning fees when you became unhappy with the service. Your garments were damaged when you brought them into our store. We do an absolutely great job with our dry cleaning services. You have been reported to Google for slander.
