What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary per order. Once we discuss in detail the type of dress you are looking for a price is set. There are payment agreements that can be made as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to have a ****************** with the client to see there needs. Then we will meet in person to get details about the dress and take measurements. Depending on the type of dress there might need to be more than one fitting this will be discussed in our meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been sewing since 2005 and have concentrated on gowns and dresses within the past 5 years.
