- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a 15 minute consultation with a customer addressing their tax concerns. Afterwards we stay in communication with our customers as they upload their docs to our secure and encrypted portal. JLZ Financial Services also follow up with customers throughout the year to help them the following tax season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JLZ Financial Services LLC is partnered with Smartwiz. Smartwiz is the youngest black owned IRS approved company that utilizes AI. They are backed up by Google and Silicon Valley.
