FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the complexity of the tax return and the specific forms required. Factors such as filing status, number of income sources, dependents, credits, and business activity are all considered. This ensures clients are charged fairly based on the actual work involved, rather than a one-size-fits-all fee. All pricing is discussed upfront after an initial review, so there are no surprises before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by connecting with the client to understand their situation and answer any initial questions. Clients then complete a secure intake form and upload their documents through my encrypted system. Once the return is prepared, I conduct a thorough review with the client to explain the results, credits, deductions, and any balances or refunds. I only submit the return after the client fully understands it and provides approval. Accuracy, transparency, and compliance are my top priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed IRS-approved tax training and am an authorized IRS e-file provider. I also participate in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) and am listed as a searchable tax preparer on the IRS website. This ongoing education ensures I stay current with federal tax laws, compliance standards, and due diligence requirements.
