Introduction: I am currently accepting new individual clients. My DBT groups are also accepting new clients on a rolling basis. I have helped clients like you address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, PTSD, & dissociation. I use a psychodynamic approach but often employ DBT skills & other coping strategies both through groups & individual sessions. I provide psychotherapy for adults (18+) of all genders interested in working towards developing a life worth living. I strongly believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, & I strive to create a partnership with my clients -- aligning with them & focusing on their strengths in a safe & supportive environment.
