I had a great experience with Grout Medic of Decatur. The team was professional from start to finish, showed up on time, and worked very efficiently. They did an excellent job—my grout looks brand new—and they kept everything clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

The team did a solid job with the actual diagnosis and repair work. The inspection phase was detailed and professional. However, I was disappointed by the material costs. A substantial amount of excess material was billed and ended up going to waste, meaning the material charges could and should have been managed much more efficiently to lower the final bill.

I understand their needs, get a picture, we go out and measure (if customer does not have measurement) and we give a price to get the work done.

I love adding value to peoples homes and since bathroom and kitchens are the mostly used space... I chose this type of work.
