After looking someone to install my porcelain tile, I received a ping and text from Igor with EXPERT INSTALLATIONS SERVICES. We spoke about my goals and we scheduled an appointment for him to come and look at my half bathroom. I was delighted he was able to give me an estimate in the evening after I got off of work. When he arrived he was polite and professional. Afterwards, I received an estimate via email / Thumbtack App. The price was within our budget and since he was professional it was a no brainer - we had to hire his company. While he was working Igor asked me about my preference of the tile layout and he gave me his expert opinion and/or recommendations. I was glad he consider me and this was important to ensure that there was no regrets at the end - and there were none. Initially, I thought to re-install the brown baseboard to match the window but Igor suggested the tile wall at the base - it gave it a more modern updated look. I am so happy. Throughout the entire installation I kept looking at it and it was beautiful. I should have found them a long time ago. His timing was perfect just like the final results. If y’all are looking for time work, hire an expert. Hire Igor and his team at Expert Installation services. They stand behind their name. God is good! Thanks expert Installation Oh yeah, I forgot, not a single tile was broken or wasted! And because I had my tile in the garage Igor - because they are an expert- he noticed some of the tile pieces were scratched. He offered and did polish the pieces at no extra charge. Why? Because they are the experts 😃 and details matter to these guys!
