I contacted Top to Bottom Construction after a previous contractor bailed left our project incomplete. Eric was responsive and on time to complete our tedious request. He worked quickly and even found issues we hadn't uncovered. The floor looks amazing and the pricing was incredibly affordable. Will definitely use Top to Bottom Construction again!
