Courtney is very professional, knowledge and an all around nice guy. Training faculty is low key, in a strip center and is occupied by a few trainers and their clients so it's not crowded. All types of people at various stages of working toward their fitness goals . No need to feel self aware if you're not super fit. His workouts are good, tough to push but not gonna put you in the ER! Highly recommend Courtney!
Jay helped me to figure out how my eating habits were not going to help me achieve the fitness goals that I had. He worked with me on a meal plan and that helped so much! Jay was always so positive and fun to be around that although the workout was tough, you still enjoyed yourself . He's an excellent trainer and a great person to work with!
My trainer Jerry is a great motivator and challenges me to always strive to push my personal boundaries to new heights. He tailors the workouts to my individual needs. Although the workouts are tough, Jerry makes them fun as well. Thanks for making the workouts fun and keeping me on track!
SO far Alex seems like an awesome guy with a firm grip of health, training and life. That is a good combination. His focus is on training you the whole time your with him. Dedicated attention is important.

Through the years I have had 3 other trainers and James by far has proven to be the best. James brings to the table applied knowledge, years of experience, teamwork and mush needed enthusiasm. Bianca is extremely inspiring and motivating. I have had the privilege to not only work one-on-one with her, but attend her classes as well. I appreciate her so much for pushing me to the limit. Although she can be tough, her encouragement makes you want to work harder. Reading her book provided such great insight and clarity in regards to managing "macro's." Overall, following her journey in eating clean, and living a much healthier lifestyle has inspired me to do the same. I have learned that the scale is also one tool not to be afraid of. Over the course of time I have managed to drop weight where as in July 13' I weighed 145lbs in comparison to now I am a steady 126lbs. I use to be terrified of the scale and she taught me there really is no need to be. Measuring inches truly show results. The more muscle I built and toned I became the scale was destined to read what I didn't want to to see. With Bianca's assistance I have learned learned so much. I am more than inspired by her journey, and will continue to work hard towards meeting my very own personal goals.

Raj responded quickly to my inquiry & started with a detailed initial eval to understand my tastes, habits, fitness level, and overall health. He keeps trainings interesting using a variety of exercises. During my first 12 sessions/6 weeks, I lost 13 pounds (went from 230 to 217). This morning I weighed in at 211 and cant be more excited!! My scale also measures body composition... Measurements show that my muscle mass has increased meaning what I lost is body fat which is wonderful. I was surprised to experience feeling more flexible and in some areas more firm (thighs/upper legs) and I definitely notice Im stronger (helped buddies pack/unpack a UHaul and felt GREAT!) Raj is a great motivator and takes interest in me reaching my goals. He's observant and not afraid to show "tough love" to keep me on track (for example, he was Not Pleased when I cancelled two workouts in a row... He sent me a VERY motivating email & got me back on track!!) I really enjoy his training techniques, especially since everything is done in the comfort of my home. He explains and demonstrates each move really well, and ensures I perform them with proper form, speed, and repetitions that best suit me. He modifies any moves I find difficult so that I feel encouraged to continue. He utilizes all kinds of movements to target the entire body. He gives valuable nutrition tips too -- He even sent me some tasty recipes that were easy to prepare, and most important - healthy! I believe his science background and his overall knowledge about exercises and health makes him a great personal trainer. Raj is hands down an excellent trainer and I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve fitness and health (without sweating too much, either!!) THANK YOU RAJ!!! :)
I hired Kate a few months ago as a personal trainer. She's really great to work with. Each workout is different from the last and tailored to me and my goals/ability. She's on time, easy to schedule with and keeps the workouts as entertaining as they can be. I highly recommend.
My 9 year old son has been working out with Josh from BlazeFit for over 2 months now and it has been a wonderful experience. Josh Walker has done a great job and I can see major improvement in my son's skills and abilities. Each session is well thought out and you can see that Josh really has love for what he does. My son loves the challenging workouts. I have participated in several sessions and I have to agree with him in the toughness of the workouts. What I enjoy the most is the flexibility in his schedule. He has an amazing ability to make himself available in order to fit your schedule. I would definitely recommend Josh as a fitness instructor.
Kevin was an excellent trainer in every respect: knowledgable, responsible, professional, tough when appropriate, and personable. I learned a lot about proper weightlifting form, about varying techniques, about diet and nutrition, about pushing my limits - but mostly, about enjoying the whole process. I found Kevin to be physically tough and intellectually keen, and I strongly recommend his services.
I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. Doug is great Trainer. He is very encouraging and supportive and has lots of ideas to with you on diet and nutrition. He helped me prepare for and complete a couple Tough Mudder races, which I felt for sure were over my head! Great guy to work with!
Avery is an awesome cross fit coach. Unlike a lot of others I have trained with you can tell he cares about what you are doing. He makes sure you have the correct form and is tough on you when you need tough love. There are only a couple of crossfit coaches that I want to train with and Avery is at the top of that list.
Greg is the type of trainer everyone needs and wants in order to gain muscle, strength, flexibility, and most importantly CONFIDENCE. I look forward to my Hendrix Training workouts because I know they work and I feel great afterwards, both mentally and physically. With all the different trainers and “boutique fitness” workouts in Atlanta, it is often overwhelming in terms of picking which class/method/instructor will help YOU reach and achieve your fitness goals... I was there, I get it. But luckily, I found Hendrix Training. Greg is educated in many different training techniques and has a progressive, functional approach to physical fitness. He will help you reach your goals through tough workouts but will stress the importance of form, taking care of your body, and muscle recovery as well! (Something I feel is important after injuring myself in a group fitness class and was unable to workout for a period of time in order for my body to recover.) I most definitely would recommend Hendrix Training to anyone (any age) looking to improve their overall fitness, health, and wellness!
I have been training with Larry for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier! My fitness level has greatly improved and I have seen quite a difference in my physical appearance. More importantly, I am excited to work out! Larry is a great instructor; patient yet motivates me to achieve more; and adds humor when I need it during a tough workout.
Very professional/ every workout is tough and targets what I need. Also, she varies each workout so that it is always different and never boring. She is an awesome trainer!
I've been working with Lawrence for 3 months and have seen amazing results in that time. We meet in a gym setting or outside, depending on the weather. We train 30-45 minutes per session. We meet 3 times a week. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Lawrence is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He impressed me because he goes through the exercises with me and encourages me to keep going when the exercises get tough. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got great new toned muscles. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Lawrence will lead you every step of the way. Lawrence definitely went above and beyond over the last 3 months of sessions. Lawrence is always on time, if not, he is already there before I get to our sessions. There is not anything that I would improve. I would just say, anyone that works out with Lawrence will appreciate the one on one sessions and the attentiveness. As long as he treats all of his clients as well as he has treated me; there won't be any feedback other than keep up the great work!
You won't find a more qualified and dedicated personal trainer! Kamesha is the epitome of a fitness coach! She is tough and pushes you to limits you didn't know you could reach. Her main goal is to make sure you reach your goals! I am so very grateful to have had her in my corner as I embarked on my weight loss journey.
When I went looking for a Personal Trainer, I never expected to get everything that I wanted: a trainer specializing in the female physique and a private all female facility. What I did get was more than I could have ever asked for. I am a 53 year young woman who, in the past had been very health conscience; however, I had let that slide over the past 10 years and found myself unable to use the stairs without running out of breath. I was not obese (about 20lbs overweight), but I was totally out of shape. I began my return to fitness on September 2, 2013 and was given a diet plan as well as personalized small group circuit training which I attend three days a week. I feel fantastic! The training is tough, I'm not going to mislead you, but the results are there. The women that I work out with have become my inspiration and teammates in fitness. I'm in my 7th week of training at Atlanta Fitness Diva and I'm addicted. If you are thinking about a Personal Trainer, you could not pick a more one-on-one approach. Come on, you CAN DO IT! Terri C.
