I hire Ellis Devine from Landscape 4 life to do some landscaping work retaining walls
and concrete. He came out and took a measument. he requested an initial down payment for materials. On October 3rd, 2023, I gave him a cashier for $6321.00 he stated the materials would be delivered on a particular date, and he would come back to do the job. Since then, he has never come back to do the job I call and text and email several times. He keeps avoiding my phone calls.
