- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer in-home and over-the-phone consultations. Depending on the type of project, we may have to come to your home to give you a direct quote. While our consultations are generally free, we will let you know if there are any charges that may apply before we get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself, Ken, is a registered architect and has a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Southwestern State University. My employees are all trained in the trades that they work in, or have industry certifications in those areas as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At SimpliSmart, we work with customers of all sizes from new construction to remodels and rebuilds. SimpliSmart is part of the larger Benchmark family that provides IT consulting and IT management services to customers across the United States
