- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In a lot of cases, contacting us is the best first plan of action in getting a price for your content creation. Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all when it comes to professional content creation pricing, its the equivalent of asking someone to build you a house; would you like two stories, or one? a basement? how big do you want the house, should we build it near a beach? There are a lot of factors that go into providing you a price when it come to professional video production. But fortunately, our prices are set and they will not change based on your marketing budget, so our proposals are quick and consistent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Bubbi Video, we use a 5 step process when dealing with our customers. The first step is the Discovery step, then we move to pre-production, then the fun part of production, moving on to post-production and then finally delivery. Firstly, during the discovery step, there is a phone consultation to find out what your content needs are, you may not even need video, pictures may be the solution to your problem. We take this approach because we understand that we are here to solve your problem first, and sometimes, most of the time, video and content is the answer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What separates a professional from an amateur is planning and preparation. Camera build checks are done the day before, cables are checked on a regular basis and batteries are charged before we arrive on set. We also only hire professionals on our sets, no one on our set is on their first day in the industry.
