- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is project-based and tiered to fit businesses at every stage. We offer four service tiers — from foundational support for startups to full-scale enterprise consulting — so you only pay for what you actually need. We're transparent about costs upfront and will never surprise you with hidden fees. Discounts are available for nonprofits and long-term retainer clients. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call so we can scope your project accurately before any commitment is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free discovery call to understand your goals, pain points, and current systems. From there, we provide a custom proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. Once we're aligned, we kick off with an onboarding session to map everything out together. Throughout the project, you'll have a dedicated point of contact, regular check-ins, and clear documentation every step of the way. We don't just hand off work — we make sure you understand and can use everything we build for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in technology consulting, systems architecture, and digital infrastructure, with hands-on experience across IT strategy, business systems, and web development. I've served in contracted roles as a Fractional CTO and Systems & Infrastructure Director for organizations ranging from federal credit unions to nonprofits. My work is grounded in continuous learning — I stay current with emerging tools, platforms, and best practices to bring the most relevant solutions to every client.
