Introduction: We specialize in wedding cakes, but we offer far more! Now there is the PAC Culinary Academy. We offer a variety of classes that may be customized. Some of which include, but are not limited to wellness cooking, regional cooking and international cooking for individuals, couples, groups and parties. Classes are taught by our professional chef. She has 16 years of experience and expertise in the culinary arts industry 8 of which have been spent teaching classes that range from personal classes to college degree courses. There is no greater feeling than knowing that your contribution has made some's life or event in their life so much better. It has been said that food feeds the soul. PAC was created with a desire to do more than feed people. There's an ounce of love measured into each cake. It all starts with one cake that leads to a lifetime of cakes that create memories. We're fortunate to be included in some of our clients most life altering events. Its's a great feeling to sit with an engaged couple for their wedding cake tasting and return with another cake in celebration of the birth of their first child, followed by birthday's and anniversaries!
