- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer volume and group discounts on attire. We also offer discounts on wedding packages when you bundle decor rentals with planning/coordination services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation in person or by phone. From there we make sure that we are a good fit for each other! We compile a custom quote for the services you are interested in. Once everything has been reviewed and agreed upon we send out your contract and then we start working on your vision!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of combined experience working in the wedding industry/event planning.
