They contacted me within a few hours and came over that evening to explain the process. The price was excellent, and they were very professional. Within a day they arrived on schedule and completed the work in two days (allowing the product to cure). The workmanship was top tier!!! My garage looks like a million bucks! I’m elated with the final result. If you need epoxy applied - give them a call. They met every one of my expectations and then some!!!"See more

I had my service on 01/26/22 and rework done on 01/29/22. Long story short. DO NOT LET ROY SAND YOUR STAIRS. He says he knows how to do it but he is an AMATEUR. You can tell that he doesn’t have much experience in this area. Roy should be up front with his customers before touching their house !!! BEWARE!!! This guy will say he can do anything just to get the job. I had him come do my floor polish but I needed sanding and a new wood stain on my stairs. Roy tells me he can do sanding or polish. Either one. Before he left my house, he WARNED me that others on Thumbtack are not licensed and that he is licensed and he knows what he is doing. He made me feel comfortable with choosing him for the job. After Roy completed the job, the floor polish was fine. However, the sanding and stain on stairs looked horrible (pictures included). After that I sent him the pics and he came back to try to correct it. On 01/29/22, Roy came to correct the issue. After he completed the job he asked for payment before I was able to do the walk through. In the initial invoice the actually included the sand and stain. I told Roy that there is no way I am paying him before seeing the finished product ! He tried to tell me that I agreed to pay him Saturday, which is a LIE! Why would I EVER agree to pay someone before I see the work when they did a shitty job the first time. I tell Roy that I will pay on 01/30/22 after I do my walkthrough. On 01/30/22 I did a walkthrough of the stairs. They look a little better than before, but you can tell that this is an amateur job and he is LEARNING how to do this. Roy is not a professional at Sanding and staining wood so make sure you know what you are getting in to. I am only giving this a 2 star because Roy had the decency to take off the charge for the sand and stain. In the end, I only paid for the polish and duct job.
